PS: you can also please your loved ones by making this recipe in their personalized mugs… ;-)

Ingredients :

  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp of milk
  • 1 tbsp of vegetable oil (grapeseed, sunflower, etc.)
  • 1 vanilla pod (or natural vanilla flavor)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp yeast
  • 1 tbsp of sweetening ingredient (sugar, brown sugar, stevia, etc.)
  • 100g carrots

Start by pouring the flour, yeast, cinnamon and sweetening ingredient into the mug and mix well.
Then add the milk then the oil and stir again (don't worry, the dough may seem dry at this stage but that's normal).

Then leave the mug aside to move on to the carrots step.
You need between 80 and 100g of these pretty orange vegetables. Peel them and grate them finely.

Take your mug with the cake batter base, add the vanilla beans (or a few drops of natural flavoring) then add the carrots.
Incorporate these last ingredients well so that the mixture is homogeneous!

Then it's the moment of truth...
Put your mug in the microwave (staying in front of it of course) for 1 to 2 and a half minutes. You will know that your mug cake is cooked when it comes away from the edges.

For those with a sweet tooth , we provide you with the ingredients to make the top icing:
125g cream cheese, 15ml milk, 15g icing sugar, 1/2 vanilla pod (or 1/2 tsp natural vanilla flavor)

Now, time for the tasting!

  • Crazy but healthy choco

  • 5g sweetening ingredient (stevia, brown sugar, etc.)
  • 100g of 0% white cheese
  • 3 eggs

Start by breaking the chocolate into pieces and putting it in a small bowl (non-metallic since it will go in the microwave).
Add the fromage blanc and heat everything in the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes (watching as you go). Everything must be melted and homogeneous.
Then add the eggs to the chocolate mixture and whisk vigorously to incorporate them well.
Once everything is well beaten, add the sweetening ingredient and the flour and mix again until you obtain a smooth dough without lumps.

Butter the interior walls of your beautiful personalized cups then pour the preparation into the 2 cups, filling them up to two-thirds.

Microwave at maximum power for 3 minutes but remember to always keep a close eye on your mug cakes.

Once cooking is finished, grab your delicious mug cakes, let them cool for a few minutes and devour them!
